Its high-density foam padding makes the fixed tatami for martial arts an ideal and comfortable area with an appropriately firm surface, but also with the level of cushioning required to absorb impacts. Fully custom-manufactured in accordance with room size and individual client requirements. It is possible to apply any type of printing or lettering on the canvas itself thanks to our own in-house printing service.

Technical characteristics

Cover manufactured in 620 gr/m2 PVC canvas fabric, with M2 fireproof treatment as standard. Perimeter reinforcement with eyelets at 50cm intervals, approximately.
40x25mm wooden battens to create the frame in lengths of 2.50m.
Impact cushioning padding is a standard-sized polyurethane foam agglomerate sheets in 2.00x1.00x0.04m and 200 Kg/m3.
Fully custom-manufactured in accordance with room size and individual client requirements.

Fixed tatami for climbing wall

Specially designed for indoor rock-climbing rooms that are used for frequent exercise. A 45º bevelled perimeter allows you to start climbing from a sitting position on the tatami itself, and enables the entire wall for the climber. The use of two densities for the padding provides this product with unique versatility in terms of impact absorption. The 45mm thick, 15 Kg/m3 density polyethylene layer is lightweight but with high impact absorption on the top side of the mat, which adds greater surface stability in order to prevent possible sprains. The base D20 kg/m3 polyurethane foam base provides optimum impact cushioning. Fully custom-manufactured in accordance with room size and individual client requirements. It is possible to apply any type of printing or lettering on the canvas itself thanks to our own in-house printing service.

D20 kg/m3 polyurethane foam. Provides a soft impact. Placed at the base of the mat, which is where the impact absorption occurs.
