This is our star model – the perfect combination of simplicity and quality. Our clients` mat of choice. Made of 580 gr/m2 PVC canvas in one colour. It comes in various sizes and is padded with various densities to cover a wide range of possibilities. It features air outlets on the sides of the mat. Sports mats are custom made to client requirements. It is possible to apply any type of printing or lettering on the canvas itself thanks to our own in-house printing service.

Technical characteristics

Cover manufactured from 580 gr/m2 PVC canvas fabric as standard, fully sewn throughout with a zip to enable the substitution or replacement of the padding.
Finish available in 620 gr/m2 PVC canvas, with M2 flameproof treatment.
Carrying handles made of nylon tape.
Padding for impact cushioning in accordance with requirements.
D20, D25, D30 kg/m3 and “D20 air" polyurethane foam. The “air” padding is D20 Kg/m3, 100mm upper and lower foam plates, with foam wedges arranged transversely and longitudinally between the two to generate air chambers, making it the perfect choice to ensure optimum cushioning for large thicknesses. It provides a soft impact.
45 mm thick, 15 Kg/m3 density polyethylene. Lightweight and with high impact absorption.
80, 100, 150 and 200 Kg/m3 density, polyurethane agglomerate foam. The perfect combination of polyurethane and polyethylene foams. Heavyweight, and with high absorption of specific impacts in martial arts exercises.
Option to reinforce corners with PVC canvas. Special, non-slip PVC canvas on the underside of the mat, and mats can be joined together by means of a flap + Velcro, or buckle-type clips.
Standard dimensions: 2.00x1.00m and 3.00x2.00m, with possibility of custom manufacturing to individual client specifications.
Mattresses to UNE EN 12503-1 standard.

Classic model

Made of 580 gr/m2 PVC canvas in various colours, with a zip to enable the foam and / or padding to be replaced, if required. The 4 corners are reinforced with 580 gr/m2, double-PVC canvas, which greatly extends the life of the mats. Air outlets are included, by means of 250 gr/m2, micro-perforated PVC fabric, which acts as a grid. Perfect for use in schools due to their high resistance to wear and tear. Specially designed to create extended floor areas for gymnastics exercises in schools. Made of 580 gr/m2 PVC canvas, in one colour. One side of the mats has Velcro sewn onto it, and the other has a flap with Velcro attached, in order to interlock them and therefore extend the area of use. Climbing wall mat

Specially designed for indoor rock-climbing. The use of two densities for the padding provide it with the perfect characteristics for this sport.
