Sports mats

Used mainly in schools, gymnasiums, and sports halls for the practice of jumps, flips, etc. Manufactured from 580 gr/m2 PVC, this canvas cover features a zip to enable the foam and / or padding to be replaced, if required. A wide variety of fillings and finishes are available, depending on the discipline, or requirements.

Sports mats are custom made to the specifications of each client.

It is possible to apply any type of printing or lettering on the canvas itself thanks to our own in-house printing service.

Technical characteristics

Cover manufactured from 580 gr/m2 PVC canvas fabric as standard, fully sewn throughout with a zip to enable the substitution or replacement of the padding.
Finish available in 620 gr/m2 PVC canvas, with M2 flameproof treatment.
Padding for impact cushioning in accordance with requirements.
Available in D20, D25 and D30 kg/m3 polyurethane foam. Provides a soft impact.
45mm thick, 15 Kg/m3 density polyethylene. Lightweight and with high impact absorption.
80, 100, 150 and 200 Kg/m3 density, polyurethane agglomerate foam. The perfect combination of polyurethane and polyethylene foams. Heavyweight, and with high absorption of specific impacts in martial arts exercises.
Option to reinforce corners with PVC canvas. Special, non-slip PVC canvas on the underside of the mat, and mats can be joined together by means of a flap + Velcro, or buckle-type clips.
Custom manufacturing to individual client requirements available on request.

Landing areas

Exclusive mats for the disciplines of high jump or pole jump. Specially designed for high impact absorption to guarantee the athlete a soft, cushioned landing. It has a particular appearance, being composed of modules that are arranged in a specific way and joined together by means of hook and loop fastenings, with a foam blanket, or mat placed on top, in a single piece of spike-proof fabric to ensure an even landing.

Carrying handles made of nylon tape.
Impact cushioning padding made exclusively with D20 Kg/m3 and "D20 air" polyurethane foam (D20 Kg/m3, 100mm upper and lower foam plates, with foam wedges arranged transversely and longitudinally between the two to generate air chambers, making it the perfect choice to ensure optimum cushioning for large thicknesses). Provides a soft impact.
Standard measurements of 6.00x4.00x0.70 for high jump landing areas, and 8.00x6.00x0.80 for pole vault landing areas.
