Players` Tunnels

Player` tunnels are the easiest and most affordable way to create an instant covered access. Their simple handling, accordion, or bellows type folding-unfolding, and their lightness, with aluminium profiles and PVC canvas, make them the right choice every time.

Classic tunnel

The most universal tunnel with the classic finishes. Manufactured with an anodized aluminium structure. The extruded profile for the arches allows the canvas cloths between arch and arch to be replaced by the client themselves. This avoids having to return the tunnel to the factory in the case of damage. Structures of up to 2.30m are shipped fully assembled. They can be fixed to floor or wall. Anchor brackets included.

Technical features

All models include a set of AISI 304, stainless steel assembly bolts.
The opening and closing movement is achieved by means of 50x13.5mm, extruded aluminium scissors.
The pivots are made of cast aluminium alloy.
There are tension points every two canvas panels to tighten the canvas (unique in the market).
The sliding strips on the scissors are made of POLIZENE 500, which reduces friction by 60% and, in turn, minimises the effort required to extend and retract the tunnel.
The canvas cover comes in high-durability polyester fabric and is coated with PVC on both sides. 620 grs, M-2 with flame retardant treatment.

Basic tunnel

Our most widely used tunnel, made to the same standards but more economical. Manufactured with an anodized aluminium structure. The extruded profile for the arcs enables the client to replace the canvas panels between the arcs themselves. This avoids having to send the tunnel to the factory in the case of damage. Delivered fully assembled for heights of up to 2.30m. Can be fixed to floors and walls. Anchor brackets included.

Sanitary tunnel

Tunnels for disinfection and the fight against COVID-19 and other viruses and/or bacteria. Especially designed for the disinfection of machinery, tools, or personnel and their PPE. Custom – made tunnel, adapted to all client specifications. Made with an anodized aluminium structure. Extruded profiling for the arcs enables the canvas panels to be replaced by the client themselves.

This avoids having to send the tunnel back to the factory in case of damage.
